Why building roads doesn't ease congestion

its calvin here, good article. makes sense.

it would be nice to hear how to resolve this problem of increasing road space does not solve road congestion. e.g.

using more public transport, using other modes of transport (both good and passenger), maybe make tariffs for those driver vehicles in town, park-and-go method, the m3 occupied by 30 people in one bus compared to 30 people using private cars, public transport - quicker, cheaper, etc.

good article, just think after reading it people want to know what to do to minimise the congestion problem.
